Whether you are engaging with us as a research client or a prospective client, as a research partner or as a research participant, we deploy robust data privacy systems and practices to ensure your research data and your personal data are respected and protected.

  • Other information that may be exchanged in the course of engaging with the Service, including. You will be aware of any subsequently collected information because it will come directly from you.

Cookies & Other Tracking Technology

Incredin Solutions and our analytics provider use standard internet technology such as cookies and Web beacons, ‘tag’ and ‘scripts’ as navigational information to track interactions with our websites on an individual and aggregated basis.

Our website and newsletters include social media features, such as the ‘Share’ button.  These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function. Social media features and widgets are hosted by a third party. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the social media company providing it.

Sources of personal/business information collected us

When providing personal/business information to Incredin Solutions as described in this Notice, that personal/business information is typically collected directly from you, and, when collected directly from you, you will know the precise personal/business information being collected by us. Incredin Solutions does not collect personal/business information from any other sources, except where it may automatically be collected as described above.

How Personal Information is stored

Your information is stored in a central customer relationship management database.  Our project management, accounting, and marketing automation software is used to process information from this system and is in turn governed by system security and strict data protection protocols.

We may disclose your Personal Information to any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries and holding companies for the purposes of or direct marketing or consolidating support services.

Incredin Solutions uses robust organizational, technical, and administrative measures to protect personal information within our company. This includes security controls to prevent unauthorized access to our systems. While we take reasonable steps to secure your personal information, please be aware that no transmission or security system is guaranteed to be 100% secure from intrusion or hacking, and there is always some risk assumed by sharing Personal Information online. These third-party providers may be using communications lists they have acquired on their own, and you may have opted-in to those lists through other channels. If you no longer wish to receive emails, SMS/s, or other communications from such third parties, you may need to contact that third party directly.

Retention of Data

Incredin Solutions will retain your personal/business information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Notice. Deleting/Unsubscribing Your Account

If you choose to end your membership with Incredin Solutions or to require us to cease processing your personal/business information, you may send an email directly to contact@incredin.com requesting to be removed. We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you are located outside the United States, in particular if you are located in the United Kingdom, or the European Economic Area (“EEA”), please note that we and our servers are located outside of the EEA. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13 years, and Incredin Solutions does not knowingly collect the personal/business information of children under the age of 13 years.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically and without prior notice to you to reflect changes to Incredin Solution’s practices and procedures set forth herein. In the event of any updates or changes to this Privacy Policy, Incredin Solutions will post a prominent notice on Market Cube’s website(s) to notify you of any significant changes.
