We have been approached by a leading public sector bank for a research study to evaluate the usage and spending patterns of credit card users.

Our approach

  • We planned a detailed project roadmap with client starting from scripting to reports delivery.

  • We were able to successfully collect 2500 responses within a span of 7 days

  • Delivered the reports to client in next 3 days

Result

Client had discovered some interesting factors related to credit card usage specifically certain patterns of usage which helped them to formulate marketing strategies for seasonal offers. There has also been interesting revelation on spending and EMI options selection from users which further helped client to know users interest towards spending vs payment options.
